Autodesk Tandem was launched in July 2021 for delivering a digital twin as an outcome of the BIM process. This year, we are extending the value of Tandem’s powerful digital twin to monitor facility operations. You can now connect Tandem to operational systems and data to create a digital twin that provides insight for reducing costs and improving occupant experiences.
As an owner/operator, you can begin by working with your AEC project delivery teams to define your desired outcomes for a digital twin. With your data requirements in place , the process of building a digital twin starts by capturing and validating assets, as well as space and system data to meet your facility management and operational requirements so that the information you need is ready for Day One operations.
Tandem is configurable to your needs, and most powerful when based on a healthy practice of standardization and templatization.
With Tandem, you can build in the data structures and requirements that map to your unique use cases.
Autodesk Tandem will enable owners and operators to connect a facilities sensor into our platform. This can be environmental sensors, like temperature or humidity, sensors that monitor asset performance, or sensors that monitor occupancy.
The facility monitoring capabilities in Tandem are focused on the visualization of data in context, so you can gain insight into the aspects of building performance that matter most to you.
Reekoh is an integration cloud provider for connecting the physical and digital worlds. They ensure access to the right data in the right format, to the right people at the right time. You can learn more at www.reekoh.com/.
We are collaborating with Reekoh to further develop the Tandem integrations for authoring data pipelines, enhancing our ability to bring asset and event data connections from popular IoT platforms and enterprise systems.
Yes, today you can sign up for free and get started with Tandem where you can import your models and start building your digital twin. We will notify you when the beta facility monitoring is public. Sign up here to get notified.
