Meet Emory Burch:
Emory Burch is a Senior VDC Manager at Aptitude: Intelligent Integration, where he designs and manages virtual design and construction (VDC) workflows to support system‐level design and coordination across multidisciplinary teams. He spearheads process development for BIM authoring, clash detection, and model‐based deliverables, ensuring seamless integration of architectural, structural, and MEP systems. Emory also champions innovation in field data collection—most recently overseeing the deployment and “training” of Boston Dynamics’ Spot robot (“Astro”) on job sites to automate progress tracking and site surveying. His work helps clients accelerate delivery, reduce rework, and improve collaboration by uniting cutting‐edge digital tools with proven best practices in AEC project delivery.
